"Means" and "Revenue"
Your Flattr account has two balances, "Means" and "Revenue". Means if what you give to others, revenue is what you get from others.
You pre pay to "Means" and then use as much as you want from that each month.

How much to give each month
You decide how much to give to others each month. This is then automatically withdrawn from "Means" at the end of each month.

Submit your thing and add buttons to your web page to get flattred, all account can both give and get.
