Deleting podcast episodes on iPhone

[ www.markuszeller.com ] When I am on the way I mostly consume my favourite podcasts instead of listening to music. When beeing back on my Mac I see which episodes are played in iTunes and then I do mark and delete them. But when I have listened to different podcasts I really hate it to search through my quite long directory and delete them manually one by one.
