I've just updated festival synthDriver for NVDA to work with the current development version (2011.1dev).
It has three bundled voices:
kal_diphone,
ked_diphone,
czech_ph.
This does not implement language property of the new VoiceInfo class it is just made to load with current versions of NVDA.
