If you want to shoot time-lapse video with your digital camera, you'll need an intervalometer - a device that times your camera to take pictures at regular intervals. But commercial intervalometers are expensive, which is why I've invented an open source intervalometer based on the popular Arduino mircrocontroller. It's called the Intervaluino - if you know how to solder, it's cheap, effective, and quickly built.
