Finally the BoxBox.org is fully back online again and working very flawlessly. We weren't able to find out where the errors came from. Unfortunately those were rather critical (kernel freezes, segfaults, only one CPU core used of two in total) so we decided to completely reinstall the system. So, here we go, a fresh Debian ...
