Combo.fm lets you combine last.fm radio stations in a query-like way. For example you can say "Play the library of tburny and pop tag but not rock tag" on Last.fm or the software.
Combo.fm also features some functionality whis is not offically available at last.fm yet, for example you can set the repetition rate of a track on a per-hour basis or you can set how much "mainstream" music the created station should contain.
