A few years ago I took a day off of work to finally go to Alcatraz and see what all the fuss was about. It was the single most depressing place I've ever been and I couldn't wait to get the hell off that island. The interesting thing about it was I totally knew my way around since it had been a level in one of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games that I had played to death.
