Dubby is a free software virtual instrument for Mac and PC. It’s an emulation of a ‘Dub Siren’, an instrument used commonly in dub reggae.
It’s made for Dub / Reggae DJs who want to include their own vintage sounds into their sets. However, the sounds you can make with Dubby are quite diverse, so it can sit quite comfortably with other musical genres too.
