Guifications 3 is meant to be a general purpose notification framework. Think of something like Growl or libnotify, but with a lot more power. It's built to be able to notify you of anything, no matter where you are, and to route that notification to you intelligently. It's built to be portable, and run on anything from a computer, to a phone, to anything and everything else inbetween.
