Since December 2008 Biesentales Records is a small record label dedicated to release music exclusively made at a lake-side camp in Biesenthal near Berlin.
The location is also known as home to the Goldmund Festival. Our release schedule follows the music, that comes up. It can take days or years for the next release to come. That’s how we are. We create, collect, compile and release only, because we're passionate about those rare gems, that come up.
Visitors from many countries as well as locals have played and recorded music here, most of which lacks the hectics of the metropole nearby. The spirits are high, the speed is low, so nicely slow, the sauna steams and everyone finds it simple to just let go.
Funds from here will be used to support future physical releases, next in line could be a vinyl gem.
