It is available from the KDE infrastructure, as usual: http://download.kde.org/stable/phonon/phonon-backend-gstreamer/4.6.2/src/phonon-backend-gstreamer-4.6.2.tar.xz Phonon-GStreamer is the GStreamer backend to Phonon, the Qt multimedia library.
