About me

Hi, I am a raw food chef and culinary consultant. In Berlin I am running a private gourmet dinner club , offering occasional multi course dinners for a small group of people to showcase, what fine plant based raw cuisine has to offer.

I am also running the Raw Chef Academy, a 6-day intensive educational programme to become a plant based raw food chef, for private people as well a professionals.

Moreover, I am offering gastronomic consulting and recipe development services and running retreats worldwide, combining gourmet raw food with yoga, detox and other activities in exotic locations like Bali and Thailand.

Together with 3 other colleagues, I founded the Plant Based Institute, offering a 6-month education to become a Plant Based Chef & Nutritionist.
